We have a nationwide sales team that will be happy to show you our fabric collections. If you don’t already know who your local sales rep is, contact us or give us a call at (828) 248-1910.

Can I get samples of your fabrics?

We’ll be happy to send you samples. Contact your local rep or use the form to the right and we will have one of our reps in touch with you.

How do I purchase your fabrics?

If your company doesn’t have an account with us, call our front desk and we’ll set you up with one of our regional sales reps as a new customer. Our fabrics ship FOB from Ellenboro, NC or from one of our master distributors located throughout the United States.

Can interior designers purchase R&D Weaving fabrics?

We do not sell directly to interior designers, but our fabrics are available through jobbers and fabric distributors. If your interior design firm is trying to source one of our fabrics, contact us and we’ll put you in touch with the right supplier.

Do you make custom fabrics?

Yes, we do. Our designers work from our customer’s recommended art or use our own art archives. R&D Weaving has an extensive textile art collections. We are able to build custom warps & upholstery.

Can you weave custom school spirit & fund raising afghans?

Yes. R&D Weaving is one of NC's best providers of custom afghan's & throws. Whether you're looking to promote your church, charity, social club or school / team spirit or if it's just as a fun gift for the Christmas holidays, R&D Weaving is able to build photographic afghan throws for your needs.

We have built several custom super soft throw blankets for military academies, schools, churches & local organizations.

Need help building the artwork? We have a huge selection of custom & stock art to build your woven tapestry or afghan.

Are you able to weave custom tapestry fabric patterns?

Yes. Whether you are looking to trasnfer a photo into one large tapestry or repeat a smaller image for a custom fabric pattern, we have the capabilities of building your custom upholstery needs. If you need help developing a custom fabric for your mancave or sitting rooms, we are more than happy to have our art department work with you or your designer to build fabric to your specifications.

Do you weave photographic gift afghans?

Yes. R&D Weaving is capable of building your photo into a custom afghan' or throw blanket. These are also great gifts for weddings, anniversaries & birthdays. Contact us to discuss building your photographic or fundraising afghan today.

Do you manufacture fabric for automobile interiors?

Yes. We have recently begun manufacturing OEM houndstooth fabric for classic & antique cars such as classic Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, Ford & Chevrolet Trucks & other classic automobile restoration projects. Do you have a specification? We can build a custom warp and upholstery pattern to meet your project needs.

What types of fabric do you weave?

We are able to weave in wool, polyester, cotton, blends and just about any type of yarn you can imagine. We have woven wool patterns to be used in Civil War & Revolutionary War reenactments. Some of our customers purchase our cloth for specialty interior decorating projects and others are large companies which need to keep selections of fabric in stock to maintain their bank, hotel or casino furniture.

Can you help me with orders I previously had with Johnston textiles?

We are very familiar with Johnston textiles' swatch libraries and are able to make fabrics that meet or exceed your expectations.

Can you match existing textile & fabric woven patterns?

We are very capable of matching fabric & woven textile patterns. Do you make fabrics for things other than upholstery and decor?

Yes, we make specialty fabrics for applications like promotional banners, rugs and woven apparel. If you have a business that needs specialty fabrics, call us and we’ll be happy to give you a quote.
